The Treatment Process

The experience you get  when you choose NeoGenSPA packages  is tailored to suit your needs.  We believe in making sure your treatment experience exactly the, an experience tailored to your needs that you will enjoy while changing your skin health. 

All NeoGen providers are fully trained by us to consult, advise and carry out all these treatments.

Before every treatment we have a consultation process.  This is where the NeoGen provider will sit down with you and discuss what you need from your treatment package and the best treatments to suit your needs.

Once the consultation is complete you will be advised on what you need to consider before arriving at the salon/spa for your treatment, things like making sure you are well hydrated and are not getting too much exposure to the sun.

Once your treatment has been carried out you will then be advised on how to care for your skin in the days after treatment and thereafter.
